We hold our growers to the highest standards when it comes to Food Safety. Packing facilities are located in the heart of the Stockton Delta in the middle of the fields where the products are grown and harvested. Third party audits are performed on an annual basis. All of our products can be traced back from each shipment to what field they were harvested from to what day they were harvested and packed. The sheds are inspected on a daily basis during harvest by the in-house Food Safety Manager and cleaning is continuous throughout the workday. Employees are trained at the beginning of each harvest period and brought up to date on any new procedures which may have an impact on their position. All records and daily log sheets are kept on site and should you ever want to visit our grower’s packing facility, please don’t hesitate to call. We are more than happy to accommodate our customers and show them the facilities during normal operations.
